A traditional horchata and ice cream shop, with homemade products, and in winter they sell Jijona Protected Designation of Origin nougat. Year-round they also have a café serving breakfast and lunch, with a variety of toasts and hot chocolate with churros on winter afternoons.
For 50 years, our establishment was known by the names of its founders, Melchor and Amparo. In 2016, the couple from Jijona took up the mantle with a clear objective: to keep the flame of tradition alive.
Under the direction of Benjamín and Herminia, we have continued to produce our iconic horchata and artisanal ice creams, remaining true to their origins. But tradition also knows how to evolve; therefore, we introduced our nougat and Christmas sweets, all with the Jijona Designation of Origin, bringing the taste of artisanal Christmas to every home.
